Retainers, space maintainers, holding arches, and obturators — fabricated to your models, with printed-model builds available when no stone cast is on hand.
Retainers hold the result you worked for. A Hawley gives you an adjustable labial bow and a durable acrylic base. An Essix is thermoformed, clear, and inexpensive to replace. Either can be built on a printed model when no stone cast exists.
Space maintainers protect the arch after early loss. Band-and-loop, bilateral, and lingual holding arch designs are soldered to the banded abutments you send, holding the space open until the permanent tooth erupts.
An Essix with a pontic covers the esthetic gap. Adding a single tooth to an Essix gives the patient something to wear while an extraction site heals or a definitive restoration is being made — without a separate interim appliance.
Obturators seal palatal defects. We fabricate obturators for congenital and post-surgical defects, working from your impression to separate the oral and nasal cavities and give the patient back speech and swallowing.
